Please take note of the following rules during your stay at Tunquén Mágico:

• Any damage caused to the property will result in a deduction or an additional charge.
• Please report any cleaning or maintenance issues so we can address them promptly.
• Be respectful of our neighbors and adhere to quiet hours from 11 p.m. to 9 a.m.
• Only registered guests are allowed on the property; parties are not permitted.
• We are not responsible for any accidents that may occur.
• When driving within "Fundo la Boca," please do so at a speed that respects pedestrians.
• Parking is free, but we are not responsible for items left in vehicles parked on the property.
• Lighting campfires is strictly prohibited.
• Please do not take the bathroom towels to the beach. You may bring your own beach towels.
• Ensure that you wash the dishes after use to avoid an additional charge of $30 USD.
• Remember to complete the online check-in process.
• Smoking is only permitted outdoors. Please do not leave cigarette butts on the ground.
• Our reservations are non-refundable. However, you can modify your reservation date for an additional charge of $40 USD or transfer it to a friend or family member.
• Respect the natural habitat of birds, rodents, and insects.
• Do not kill spiders such as the "Chilean Rose Tarantula" (Araña Pollito), as they are endangered.
