Please take note of the following rules during your stay at Tunquén Mágico:

Any damage caused to the property will result in a deduction or an additional charge.
Please report any cleaning or maintenance issues so we can address them promptly.
Be respectful of our neighbors and adhere to quiet hours from 11 p.m. to 9 a.m.
Only registered guests are allowed on the property; parties are not permitted.
We are not responsible for any accidents that may occur.
When driving within "Fundo la Boca," please do so at a speed that respects pedestrians.
Parking is free, but we are not responsible for items left in vehicles parked on the property.
Lighting campfires is strictly prohibited.
Please do not take the bathroom towels to the beach. You may bring your own beach towels.
Ensure that you wash the dishes after use to avoid an additional charge of $30 USD.
Remember to complete the online check-in process.
Smoking is only permitted outdoors. Please do not leave cigarette butts on the ground.
Our reservations are non-refundable. However, you can modify your reservation date for an additional charge of $40 USD or transfer it to a friend or family member.
Respect the natural habitat of birds, rodents, and insects.
Do not kill spiders such as the "Chilean Rose Tarantula" (Araña Pollito), as they are endangered.
